Uorfi Javed Slams Chetan Bhagat For ‘Distracting Youth’ Comment: Singer, model, and actress Uorfi Javed has hit back at Chetan Bhagat for sexist remarks. In a series of Instagram stories, she slammed him for promoting the rape culture by heavily criticizing the opposite gender. Uorfi Javed also accused him for empowering sexism with his rhetoric.

She expressed disapproval of this when she stated that “Chetan Bhagat is only promoting the rape culture with his comments.” She then went on to say that he should instead focus on writing sensible books that can actually help people find their way in life rather than promoting his harmful ideology.

Uorfi Javed called Chetan Bhagat a ‘pervert’ and said that his statement was ‘disgusting’ and ‘promoted rape culture.’ Uorfi has also urged people to stop following Chetan Bhagat because of the attention he’s getting from it. This isn’t the first time that Chetan Bhagat has been criticised for making misogynistic remarks. He’s been accused of being sexist and promoting rape culture in the past as well.
