TMC Minister Makes Objectionable Remarks Against President Droupadi Murmu: The Minister from the Trinamool Congress (TMC), Akhil Giri, has come under fire after making objectionable remarks against President Droupadi Murmu. His comments reflect the deteriorating level of political discourse in the country.

This is not the first time that Akhil Giri has made such distasteful remarks against a political figure. In the past, he has also targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).The President’s office has not yet issued a statement on this matter. However, sources close to her have said that she is “deeply saddened” by the minister’s comments.

The BJP has condemned the statement made by Bengal minister Firhad Hakim against President Droupadi Murmu. Hakim’s remarks have been called ‘objectionable’ by the party and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and her party have been labelled ‘anti-tribal’. This comes after the President had made a visit to the state earlier this month.
