Shraddha Murder Case: The Delhi Police has uncovered a new lead in the investigation of the Shraddha Walker murder case. A pending water bill in accused Aftab Poonawalla’s flat has given them circumstantial evidence to cement his guilt. 20,000 litres of water are provided free by the government in Delhi, making it highly unlikely that Aftab Poonawalla would have a pending bill if he was not using excessive amounts of water. Given the circumstances, the Delhi Police is confident that this new lead will help them secure a conviction in the case.
The Shraddha Murder Case has been solved, with Aaftab confessing to the crime. Aaftab has been charged with murder and is currently in police custody. The murder took place after a dispute between Aaftab and Shraddha, with Aaftab strangling her to death. After the murder, Aaftab used a lot of water to clean the blood stains leading to a high water bill and the pending bill. Neighbours told the Police that Aaftab used to regularly go and check the building’s water tank,” the sources said.
