Amitabh Bachchan birthday was on 11 October 2020. He has acted in more than 200 films in a career spanning almost five decades. Bachchan is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential actors in the history of Indian cinema. He has won numerous awards in his career, including four National Film Awards as Best Actor and many other prestigious awards.
He was honoured with the Padma Shri by the Government of India in 1984, and the Padma Bhushan in 2001 for his contributions to the arts. In 2015, he was presented with the Indian film industry’s highest honour, the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, for lifetime achievement.
